This is a great book to use to learn more about drugs that your doctor prescribes for you. I highly recommend this book, it will give you a clearer picture of what the drug is and what it will do for you. It will help you ask better questions about your prescribed drugs for your doctor, why he is prescribing this drug and what he is trying to accomplish with this drug. Be informed about the drugs that you are to take. I've found some drugs are not necessary for you to take as there are better choices to make to accomplish what this drug is suppose to do. For instance, dieting and/or a exercise program designed specifically for your needs. Ask your doctor if this approach is better for you instead of taking drugs. The more you learn about your health, the better questions you can ask your doctor to achieve better results. I use "Webmd" too, to learn more about my health issue's. "Google" your health issues to become better informed.
