Not sure if it was all the book or more the discussions I had over it, but this has been one of those mind paradigm changing books. It has made me start to see below the surface and realize that often what we excuse as just "personality," is our selfish means to protect ourselves. So whether one is shy and more blatantly avoiding interaction, or whether one is social and puts on the big smile and charm, both are shielding themselves from the world and masquerading as something they are not. This is a great book to read, but an even better book to discuss with others. It may change how you see the psychology of the world in light of God's Gospel.
