This is a historical book that does a fairly good job of providing an overall picture from the town-to-town evangelists, Methodism, television and radio evangelists such as Oral Roberts, and the pinnacle of modern evangelism, Rev. Billy Graham. Explores some of the successes and problems associated with different methods and then points to some of the current methods employed such as Evangelism Explosion, Campus Crusade, etc.
